Our gluten free Caramel Blondie is a white chocolate version of a brownie. We make our blondie base from melted Belgian white and milk chocolate plus solid white chocolate buttons for a pleasing bit of texture. Ground and chopped almonds are used instead of plain flour for true indulgence. Honeybuns cakes are handmade in small batches at our dedicated gluten free bakery in Dorset. These premium traybakes, pre cut into 16 portions, are created with foodservice and hospitality in mind. Thaw and serve means minimal wastage.
