All you need to know about getting your order delivered, by van or by post...
HAMPERS BY POST
Orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next business day delivery. (Excluding Bank Holidays)
Orders received after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
Chilled Hampers will only be sent out Monday-Thursday (Wednesday if it falls on Good Friday)
Seasonal Variances may apply. We cannot guarantee next day deliveries during these periods.
Delivery information
We are pleased to be able to deliver your shopping locally from Monday to Friday in our refrigerated vans – and we even offer a same day service! Our friendly and helpful drivers will help you in with your shopping if required.
There is no minimum order but there is a charge of £5 for delivery. Alternatively, you can choose Click & Collect which costs £3.
Simply register or sign in and you can book your slot straight away!
Mail order
We can post food & drink hampers and individual items to anywhere in the UK mainland. Get in touch with your requirements and we'll do the rest!
RETURNS
If there is any aspect of your delivery that you are not happy with, please get in touch straight away on 01963 362204 or email us at info@dikeandson.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve your query promptly and efficiently.
