Grocery delivery Info

We are delighted to be able to offer to deliver your shopping to your door in our refrigerated vans.
Here are the postcodes we deliver to:  DT10 1**, DT10 2**, DT9 3**, DT9 4**, DT9 5** & BA8 0**  BA9 8**  BA9 9** as well as SP8 4** & SP8 5**

There are three ways you can do your shopping:

Delivered to your door:  order your shopping online and we will pick all your shopping for you and deliver it at your convenience. This cost £4.50

Click and Collect:  order your shopping online or by phone and collect it from the store later. This costs £2.

Come into the store, do your shopping and then let us deliver it to you later that day. Please ask in-store about the cost as it varies depending where you live.

We deliver in 2-hour slots between 9am in the morning until 5pm in the evening, Monday to Friday. If you order before 11am you can enjoy same day delivery if you wish! Local delivery costs £4.50.

Click & Collect is also made up of the same 2-hour slots and costs £2.

Local delivery 

Having your shopping delivered to your door costs £4.50 per trip. Our vans are refrigerated and our drivers are cheery and helpful! To book a delivery slot, click here. Don’t forget, if you are having a party we also do free glass hire – and you can return any booze you don’t use to us for a full refund! (Terms apply – see our terms and conditions page).

UK-wide delivery

Don't be disappointed if you are wanting something delivered and aren't within our local delivery areas. We send a number of our wonderful ambient products out via mail order. If you are wanting to find out more details about this additional service please email us at 

You can do your shopping online and then book a Click & Collect slot at your convenience. This costs £2. Book your slot

Yes! We are very happy to carry your shopping our to your car for you if you should need this. Simply ring us when you get to the car park on 01963 362204. 


You must be 18 or over to shop online!

This is because some of the items we stock in our online grocery shop, such as alcohol, are age-restricted. In certain circumstances we may ask you to provide proof of age, including at point of delivery.  See our terms and conditions page

We accept all major credit and debit cards, apart from American Express.

Yes you can! Currently we offer postage to anywhere in the UK mainland, for ambient products (which means anything that doesn't need to be kept chilled or frozen). This also includes Food & Drink Hampers. We will use the best method we can to get you your parcel, that can range from Royal Mail, DPD or another service dependent on what we need to get where and when. Call us on 01963 362204 or email us on with your request and we'll do the rest.

If you are unhappy with anything we have delivered to you, please email us at with your order number and we will do our best to sort it out for you as soon as possible.

We reuse all packaging where possible, we use shredding and other packaging materials that have been used to send products into us where possible.

For Home Shopping, we send your groceries out in blue boxes that are returned with the driver. We use cardboard boxes and compostable carrier bags for items, which can be returned to us if you do not want them.

Unfortunately you can't add any extra items to your order once you have finished and paid, but please email us on with your order number and we will see if we can help.


Simply head on over to our Loyalty Club Joining Page for all the details, or you can pick up a Loyalty Club Card in-store next time you shop. 

Please call us on 01963 362204 straight away, so that we can cancel your card immediately and transfer your points on to a new card.  


Every time you shop with us you’re helping to raise money for local community groups, through our Making A Difference Locally charity fund. If you choose a certain product in-store, it triggers a payment from the producer into our charity pot. It may only be pennies, but it soon adds up. 

We are able to make regular donations from the MADL fund to local good causes, including community groups, schools and pre-schools, sports clubs and local charity organisations.

If you know of a local good cause that is trying to raise money for a particular project and could do with a little help, please write to, with your name and contact details, a little bit about the organisation or group that you are nominating, what they are fund-raising for and how much they need to raise.
