Dikes is a really good store, the staff are very freindly and helpful and the delivery came exactly as expected. Apologies were given for the 2 items they could not supply as I had asked not to be given substitutions.

It is lovely to have access to a great range of good food from a local supplier.

Usually do my shoping in the store, but since fracturing my leg i have had my groceries delivered.

Once i got used to the web site it was easy to use. The girls who brought the order were helpful.

Excellent service

I had to ring the Store and get my order taken back to the shop as it didn't arrive within the slot and I had to leave for an appointment I couldn't be late for. The person I spoke to said the delivery had left 20 minutes prior, we're 15 minutes max away from the store.

Anyway I collected my order later no probs but paid for a delivery.

Young lady brought everything in and put away in my refrigerators,for me, very sociable and pleasant.said hello on arrival and on leaving she asked if there was anything else she could do for me!

Mixed feelings. Was able to place online order but on delivery date had email to say product was not available and I would be receiving a refund. Disappointing but dealt with quickly by staff

Order was good but I did send message to have it delivered as near to 2pm , not 1.15 ,to make sure I was back from visiting Mr CAINES
