I live in London though I originate from the Dorset area, so when I came across the Dike and Sons website I was hopeful but a little apprehensive as to whether they would be able to post to me, one of the items shown on the website. A quick email to enquire and they replied the same day that they would be happy to post and it would not be a problem. Three days later the item arrived well packed and in perfect condition.

Now that is what I call customer service. So helpful and efficient, definitely 5 star.

I have been shopping online with Dikes since Covid and they have been wonderfull with their home-to- home delivery service. Helpful, kind and cheerful. Easy ordering and delivery, any little mistakes easily sorted out with a quick phone call. I give Dikes 10 out of 10!

Great service with delivery only a few hours after ordering - this saved the day as I had some surprisse visitors with no time to shop. Delivery driver was friendly and cheerful. Also, top quality local produce, particularly the meats and especially the sausages.

Dikes food deliveries have been a godsend. Pleasant team to deal with - and deliveries prompt and helpful team. It feels like a real personal service. I can usually find a delivery slot for the next day. The website itself was updated last year and is much more user friendly and easy to use.

Thank you Dikes - I’m not sure how my elderly relatives without a car would have managed without your deliveries when their closest family is approx 2.5 hr away .

I found the website difficult to negotiate. Had to go through everything and still couldn't find one of the items, which was straw.

It took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order succesfully.

I am hoping the next time will be easier!!

I was shocked at the prices of some of the items on my order, (I'm unwell and hadn't properly checked amounts). 4.99 for a tiny packet of Pine Nuts, for example, is extortionate, to me.

Other than that the service was good.
