Our Irresistible pasta is crafted in Campania, southern Italy, by the De Matteis family of pasta makers, using the finest Italian durum wheat semolina. It's shaped with a traditional bronze die for a slightly roughened texture, ideal for holding sauces, then carefully dried to preserve the wheat's delicate flavour. Orzo is typically used in Italy for soups, and can also be used in salads, casseroles and risottos.
