That's why our Irresistible Prosciutto Cotto, Salami & Pesto pizza is made with finest ground 00 grade flour, with a 24-hour fermented sponge dough added to the mix, then spun to create a crisp, airy crust and perfect chewy softness, so every slice is restaurant quality.
After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with an authentically simple sauce - made with Italian Roma tomatoes and oregano - then layer with mozzarella, pesto infused ricotta and mascarpone, succulent slices of prosciutto cotto and Charcuti® Milano salami and sweet SunBlush® cherry tomatoes.

Dikes is a really good store, the staff are very freindly and helpful and the delivery came exactly as expected. Apologies were given for the 2 items they could not supply as I had asked not to be given substitutions.

It is lovely to have access to a great range of good food from a local supplier.

I had to ring the Store and get my order taken back to the shop as it didn't arrive within the slot and I had to leave for an appointment I couldn't be late for. The person I spoke to said the delivery had left 20 minutes prior, we're 15 minutes max away from the store.

Anyway I collected my order later no probs but paid for a delivery.
