Our Irresistible pasta is crafted in Campania, southern Italy, by the De Matteis family of pasta makers, using the finest Italian durum wheat semolina and free range eggs. Shaped by a traditional bronze die for a roughened texture, it is ideal for holding sauces and traditionally served with a thick sauce such as beef ragu.
