After firing in a blazing wood oven, we top with a rich tomato and red wine ragu - made with Italian Roma tomatoes - then layer with melting mozzarella and our exceptionally tender Chianti marinated slow-cooked beef, caramelised red onions and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
