When structure rhymes with finesse, Renato Ratti's wines flow into the glass; in particular this Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Ochetti brings us closer, with its delicate and intense aromas at the same time, to a vine very dear to the company, which in fact dedicates four of the nine labels produced annually to it. The grapes, harvested between the end of September and mid-October, ferment alcoholically at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C in steel; then follows the refinement phase, carried out in French oak barrels for 12 months. A bottle with a satisfying sip, which deserves more than a taste. It may contain sulphites. TASTING NOTES It has a not too intense ruby red color, typical of Nebbiolo. The range of aromas that develops on the nose highlights fine notes of wild strawberries and raspberry, embellished with earthy and menthol nuances. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, broad, with a well-concentrated sip. Alcohol content: 14% PAIRINGS Ideal with traditional Piedmontese first courses. Also perfect with second courses of chicken and pork, cooked with light preparations; gives its best with beef escalopes with mushrooms.
